1400V, 100MHz is a high-voltage active differential probe that is safe and easy-to-use ideally suited for measuring power electronics. The ADP305 is designed for measuring the high-speed floating voltages found in high-speed power electronics.

30A, 50MHz current probe can measure continuous current of 30Arms and peak pulses of up to 50A for durations up to 10 seconds.

The Teledyne LeCroy DA1855A is a stand-alone, high-performance 100MHz differential amplifier. It is intended to act as a signal conditioning preamplifier for oscilloscopes, digitizers and spectrum analyzers, providing differential measurement capability to instruments having only a single-ended input.
