Narda-STS EB5091 E-Field Probe, Shaped IEEE

Narda Safety Test Solutions EB5091 Probe: E-Field, shaped IEEE, 3MHz to 50GHz, 0.5 to 600% of IEEE, C95.1-2005 for People in Controlled Environments.

The Narda NBM-Series of probes provide Electric or Magnetic and Flat or Shaped response coverage. Detection is performed by diode, thermocouple or compensated diode with thermocouple for the highest accuracy obtainable.

There is an internal eeprom in each probe to identify the probe to the meter and provide all calibration and measurement range data.

These probes contain 6 dipoles, three diode based and three thermocouple based dipoles. The correctly tuned overlap of two dipoles, one acting as a high pass filter the other as a low pass filter, provides a frequency sensitivity that mirrors a particular standard. Testing for compliance to that standard is very easy to perform, as the emitted frequency need not be known.
