Key Features and Functions
The Series 2400 SourceMeter SMU family provides precision voltage and current sourcing and measurement capabilities. Each model offers both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade 6½-digit multimeter. In operation, they can act as a voltage source, a current source, a voltage meter, a current meter, an ohmmeter, and an electronic load. The Series 2400 SMUs offer I-V capability from 1100V to 100nV and 10.5A pulse to 1pA.
