The IFI T2618 Series Medium to High Power TWT Amplifiers are top-performing with field-proven reliability. TIt has a power level of 50 watts and an 18.0GHz-26.5GHz frequency range. This amplifier includes a full complement of RF and hardware protection systems including high VSWR, over-current, and voltage protection. The redundant thermal and airflow sensors prevent the TWT from overheating. It features modular construction and this concept of modular design minimizes internally produced EMI signal leakage and provides easy access for field service and rapid turnaround at depot level repair facilities. The T2618-50 is designed for simplicity with a backlit LCD screen that shows forward/reverse power indication, system status, and self-diagnostic information. For computer automation, both an RS-232 and IEEE-488 interface are included.
