The Dynatel 505 is a complete, dual purpose portable cable and conductor identifier designed for both central office and field use. It features both advanced inductive tone coupling and direct connection techniques that eliminate service interruption or interference with working voice or data circuits. With direct transmitter connection, the 505 can also be used as a TIP and RING identifier without working circuit disruption.
The 505 is furnished complete with all necessary cables, couplers and probes needed by the craftsman for fast, positive cable, pair and conductor identification. Hook-up and operation is extremely simple and with the DYNA-COUPLER® tones are easily placed on cables or conductors without metallic contact.
