The Agilent / HP 1137A High-Voltage Divider Probe is a 1000:1 probe. Use the 1137A 1000:1 High Voltage Probe for measuring voltages up to 5 kV. This probe is compatible with oscilloscopes and DMMs with 1 Mohm or 10 Mohm inputs.
